This advanced system effectively detects standing water reaching the sensor probe and promptly notifies the panel. Additionally, it sends out a trouble alert to the panel when the ambient temperature exceeds 84°F or falls below 42°F. This ensures proactive monitoring and timely response to environmental changes.

When Flood Conditions Happen:

When the sensor probe detects water for three (3) minutes, the integrated transmitter will promptly send a wet alarm transmission to the security/control panel. In addition, the probe will send a restore (dry) report when the presence of liquid is no longer detected for three (3) minutes. To enable flood reporting, the sensor necessitates installation of the provided external flood probe. The sensor showcases its capability by detecting clean or dirty fresh water, salt water, or tap water.
